JR Joban Line Limited Express “Hitachi” and “Tokiwa” trains run 2-3 times per hour

Travel time between Mito and Motegi is around 1 hour
Return trip on Sunday may take 1.5-3 hours due to post-race traffic

Important Notes Regarding Tickets and VIP Pass Purchases
All tickets will be handed over on-site by our tour staff.
Please note that once purchased, general admission tickets, Vip Village passes andMotoGP team guest packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel your trip after purchasing tickets, your tickets will also become invalid.
Tickets and associated rights may not be transferred to another person, nor can the tickets be handed over after the event.

| 1 day prior to the start date: | 40% of the tour fee |
| On the day of departure: | 50% of the tour fee |
| No-show without notice or cancellation after the tour has started: | 100% of the tour fee |

Your reservation will be considered confirmed, and arrangements will begin
once we have received both the completed application form and full payment for the tour.
