VIP VILLAGE PASS申し込み条件 / VIP VILLAGE PASS Application Terms
- 申込書とVIP VILLAGE PASS代金のご入金を確認させていただいたのち、正式にパスを取り扱っているINTERNATIONAL EVENTS SERVICES S.L.社（以下IES社）社に対して発注差し上げます。
After confirming the receipt of the completed application form and the full payment for the VIP VILLAGE PASS, we will officially place the order with INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SERVICES S.L. (hereinafter referred to as IES).
- 弊社から空き状況のお知らせと請求書を送付差し上げた時点から実際に申込書とご入金の確認をさせていただき正式な発注をIES社に掛ける間にパスの空きが無くなってしまう場合もございます。その様な可能性がございます事もご理解願います。またその際はいただいたパス代金は速やかにご返金差し上げます。
Please be aware that even after we notify you of availability and send you the invoice, there may be instances where the passes become unavailable during the time it takes to confirm your application and payment and to officially place the order with IES. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. In such cases, the full amount paid for the pass will be promptly refunded.
- VIP VILLAGE™の運営は原則として英語又はGPを開催している国の言語になりますのでその旨予めご理解願います。
Please also note that the official language of the VIP VILLAGE™ is primarily English or the language of the country hosting the GP.
- VIP VILLAGE PASSをご購入いただいたお客様であっても一部の例外を除いて（＊）パドックに自由に出入りする事はできませんのでその旨予めご理解下さい。
＊カタールGP、アルゼンチンGP、アメリカスGP、タイGP、日本GP、マレーシアGP、インドネシアGPの各GPはパドックへのフリーアクセスがパスのサービスに含まれております。
＊それ以外のGPでもスタッフの先導によりパドックを一周するパドックツアーというサービスはお受けいただけます。
Even if you purchase a VIP VILLAGE PASS, with some exceptions (*), unrestricted access to the paddock is not included.
Exceptions:
The following GPs include free access to the paddock as part of the pass service: Qatar GP, Argentina GP, Americas GP, Thailand GP, Japan GP, Malaysia GP, and Indonesia GP.
For other GPs, a guided paddock tour led by staff members is available as part of the pass service.

Please understand that the VIP VILLAGE PASS pricing (including potential changes in taxes in each country) and the details of the services provided are subject to change without prior notice.
- 正式なお申し込み後の払い戻しは承ることができません。
Refunds cannot be issued after the official application has been submitted.
